From my apartment kitchen to a multimillion-dollar business.

Kelli Watts, Founder of Savor Patisserie

Over ten years, after starting at a farmers market, I opened eight retail locations, employed more than 400 people, and brought our products into over 300 H-E-B stores after winning the Grand Prize in H-E-B’s Quest for Texas Best. I also had the opportunity to sell on more than 30 live airings on QVC.

Behind those milestones were the everyday decisions of building a business: developing products, setting prices, hiring teams, scaling production, and knowing when to change direction—including shifting from retail stores to wholesale and grocery.

That experience shapes how I work with other entrepreneurs today. I understand the excitement of seeing an opportunity—and the responsibility of deciding what to do with it. I bring a creative eye, practical experience, and an honest perspective to helping business owners work through their next move.
